We present to you our 30 day In Home trial policy which applies to all rug purchases except for customized rugs. Should at any time you have issues with what you have bought or the choice you made, you may return the item no questions asked. But do note that we will not issue a refund for the return shipping fee, and you are also responsible for your own return shipping costs. Once we receive your request we will provide you a unique return authorization number and leave it to you to make the arrangements for the return shipment via your own carrier.

1) When returning the rug, please refrain from folding, taping, or stapling the surface of the rug.

2) The Rug should be in brand new condition, we do not accept any damaged items which also includes soiling.

3) Returns will not be accepted if they are made outside of the 30-day trial period.

Items in the clearance section, custom made area rugs, and samples we do not accept returns for. Should we receive a defective or damaged item we will either send out an exchange of the same product if we have it, or we’ll issue a refund if that isn’t an option.
