When will my order ship

Your order will ship out within 3 to 5 business days. Once we dispatch your order you will receive a confirmation email which includes tracking information. You will be able to see the status of your shipment on that email as well as on the carrier’s website.

We offer no cost express shipping for all orders! Enjoy quick at no extra charge delivery to your doorstep. Our express shipping service is that which will have your items in your hand in the soonest time possible.

Where does free shipping apply to?

Free delivery is for all our customers in all regions from here to the ends of the earth what you buy which mountain you live in we don’t care – you get free delivery from us! As a point of info — some destinations may require that you as the customer pay duties and taxes this is to ensure that we comply with local laws and that your package is not delayed.

How can I track my order?

Upon dispatch of your order you will receive a confirmation email which includes tracking information. You can use the tracking number given in that email to check your shipment’s progress at the carrier’s website. There you will get real time updates of your order’s location and delivery estimate.

What if my order is delayed?

While we are dedicated to timely delivery of your order that may at times fall through delay which is out of our control for instance due to customs or carrier issues. If your order does not show up when expected please get in touch with our customer support team via your order number we will do what we can to track it down and keep you updated.

If you get a damaged item what should you do?

If you have received a defective item please inform our support team at once which includes your order number and photos of the issue. We will send out a new item or process a refund as you prefer. At your service we are to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Can after I place an order to change my shipping address?

If you have changed your mind about your shipping address after you’ve placed an order please get in touch with our support team right away. We will try to help out if the order has not shipped. Once the shipment has gone out we may not be able to change that.

Do we deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

We don’t deliver to P.O. boxes. Please give us a physical address for delivery in order that your order may be processed and shipped out without issue. For APO/FPO addresses please get in touch with our customer support team for help with your order.
